How-to Apply:

1. Brush a light coat of BOND on natural lashes
2. Using precision applicator, place wisp clusters under natural lashes
3. Dab a thin coat of seal under wisps (this holds falscara wisps in place!)
4. Optional: For extended wear, apply a thin line of OVERNIGHTER under wisps, slightly away from wisp bands (re-apply 2-3 coats for max strength as needed)
